Rent the North Hills Pool
The North Hills Pool is a great place to have a party! Rentals are available during normal pool hours or after-hours if you would like a private party! All parties must be sponsored by a pool member and approved by the North Hills Pool Event Advisor, and scheduled two weeks in advance.

1. Private parties must be approved by the Pool Board Event Advisor. Preference is given to members for rental times, but rental patrons need not be members or be sponsored by a member. It must be understood that the renting patron will be liable for damages to the facility.
2. Possible party hours are from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm any weekday; 10:00 am -12:00 am Saturdays; or 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Sundays. Party set up may begin no sooner than half an hour before the start of the party. Exceptions can be cleared through the Pool Board Event Advisor on a case by case basis.
3. Parties MUST be booked a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the party date. If a party is canceled more than 2 weeks from the party date, the security deposit will be refunded in full. If a party is canceled within 2 weeks of the party date, North Hills Pool will retain 50% of the security deposit ($50).
4. Fees: $100 refundable security deposit plus the fee schedule listed below. Parties with 1-100 patrons will have 3 lifeguards. Parties with more than 100 patron in s will have 4 lifeguards and will incur an additional cost of $50 more per hour. The Pool Manager has the right to add additional lifeguards depending on party activities, which will incur additional costs. Security deposit is required with the rental application. Payment of the rental fee is required prior to the start of the party. The Security deposit will be refunded within 3 - 4 days following inspection of the facilities by the pool manager, NH Pool Board member, or Event Advisor.
5. In the event of inclement weather, the security deposit and fee will be refunded if no other party date can be scheduled.
6. The number of people attending the party is not to exceed the premises limit of 150.
7. Front 4 tennis courts and basketball courts are available for use.
8. Parking in gravel areas only. Parking on the bridge may result in the car being towed.
9. Noise to be kept at a respectable level as a courtesy to nearby neighbors.
10. One propane grill, one charcoal grill, and small tables are provided. Charcoal itself may not be provided.
11. All party plans must be cleared through the Pool Manager and Event Advisor prior to the party.
12. All clean-up is the responsibility of the renter with assistance of the lifeguards. If cleanup time exceeds 60 minutes, security deposit may not be returned.
13. The sponsor and all their guests must abide by the pool rules. Lifeguards have the authority to ask any patron(s) breaking any rule(s) to leave the premises immediately.
